Clark County early voting is open now through Friday, October 30, 2026. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. Only three of the seven Clark County School District Board of Trustees seats are on this ballot: Districts D, F, and G. Each is a nonpartisan, four year term. You vote only for the trustee contest that covers your home address, and only if that seat is up this cycle.

Those windows and names come from the Clark County Election Department’s 2026 General Election Guide and All Contests and Candidates list, both opened Monday, October 26, 2026. Sites can change, so check ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote the morning you go.

This page does not rank candidates or summarize platforms. For address based district lookup, see the companion guide “Who Is My CCSD Board Trustee? 2026 Districts, Candidates, and How to Find Yours.”

Which CCSD trustee races are on the ballot?

The Election Department’s countywide contests list prints three school board contests under “COUNTY NONPARTISAN,” each labeled NP and set for a four year term. Ballot order on that list, checked October 26, 2026:

District D: David Gomez; Brenda Zamora.

District F: Irene Bustamante Adams; Robert E. Hutchinson.

District G: Paul Casey; Linda P. Cavazos.

Districts A, B, C, and E are not on this general election ballot. If your sample ballot has no school board line, you are not in D, F, or G for this cycle, or your registration address is not picking up that contest. Trust the sample ballot over a neighborhood guess. CCSD still has seven elected voting trustees; this election fills only the three seats whose terms are up.

When can you vote before November 3?

In person early voting runs Saturday, October 17, through Friday, October 30, 2026. Any Clark County registered voter may use any early voting site in the county, not only the one nearest home (NRS 293.3072). Every early voting site is also a mail ballot drop off location during its voting hours.

Hours vary by site. Many long term sites listed in the Election Department’s early voting notice, including Arroyo Market Square, Blue Diamond Crossing, Craig Ranch Regional Park, Desert Breeze Community Center, Downtown Summerlin, IKEA, and the Las Vegas Athletic Club Decatur and Rainbow tents, run 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. most days and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 30; malls, city halls, and some other locations have shorter or closed day schedules. Check the interactive map at ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote or your sample ballot before you leave.

Same day registration is available in person at early voting sites and at Election Day vote centers. Bring an unexpired Nevada driver’s license, Nevada identification card, Nevada DMV interim document, or Tribal ID. If the ID lacks your current Clark County address, bring proof of residence. Same day ballots are provisional until officials verify eligibility.

What happens on Election Day?

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, vote centers are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You may vote at any Election Day vote center in Clark County. The Election Guide lists more than 100 centers and says all of them also take mail ballot drop offs during those hours. Look for the VOTE CENTER EVENT TENT in the parking lot at sites marked with an asterisk on the county list.

CCSD’s 2026 to 2027 student calendar marks Tuesday, November 3 as Election Day and a Staff Development Day with no school for students. That is a childcare fact for voting day, not a polling place guarantee. School buildings are not automatically your vote center. Confirm the center on the county map.

Clark County’s 2026 in person process is check in, mark and print your ballot, then scan it. See the Election Department’s Vote123 page. If your sample ballot label says “ID Required,” bring identification or you may cast only a provisional ballot. Ordinary in person voting does not require every voter to show ID; same day registration does.

If you already got a mail ballot and vote in person instead, surrender that packet at the site. If you do not have it with you, you sign an affirmation that you have not already voted.

Can you still use a mail ballot?

Yes. Active registered voters who registered in time are automatically mailed a ballot unless they opted out. You can still ignore the mail ballot and vote early or on Election Day in person instead.

Sign the outside of the Election Department return envelope. Drop it at any early voting site during voting hours, any Election Day vote center from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on November 3, or an Election Department or City Clerk drop off office listed in the Election Guide. If you use the post office, the guide requires a postmark on or before Election Day and receipt by the Election Department no later than 5 p.m. on the fourth day after Election Day.

Standard registration by mail and in person closed Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Online registration at RegistertoVote.NV.gov still works from October 21 through Election Day, but for this cycle you must vote in person; you do not get a new mail ballot. Check status there or in Registered Voter Services via ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote.

How do you confirm your ballot and your trustee district?

Log in to Clark County Registered Voter Services and choose View My Sample Ballot. That shows your precinct’s contests in ballot order. Your sample ballot booklet also lists early voting sites and Election Day vote centers.

Look for “Trustee Clark County School District” and the letter D, F, or G. If none appear, you are not voting on a CCSD trustee race this November. Use the companion district finder for neighborhood context; the sample ballot is what you will see when you vote.

Ballots print in English, Spanish, and Filipino. Secretary of State interpreter help is at 702 357 3379. You may bring a person of your choice (not your employer or union representative) to assist under NRS 293.296.
