Youth Basketball in Clark County

Basketball in Clark County is a winter CCSD season and a gym calendar that starts earlier. School teams try out in the fall for winter games. Parks and the Y run the leagues most elementary kids should join first. Neighborhood rec (Jeffersontown Youth Basketball at Bluebird) fills Saturday gyms. Skills gyms and AAU sit on top of that — they don't replace a school physical or a Parks roster. Club ball does not clear them for CCSD practice.
